Our Refund Policy
Damaged / Lost Parts
At Correlli Parts, we guarantee that you receive the part you ordered or your money back. If you purchase a part that's in stock and it's damaged in shipping when it arrives, email us a few pictures of the damaged part, and you'll receive a full refund. In the event that your order doesn't arrive on schedule, give it two to four additional business days. After this, leave us an email with your order number and we'll contact the shipping company. If we're unable to locate your order, we'll issue a full refund.
